Its that time of the year when we produce a news letter based on the service delivery for the last 12 months and what the future holds in 2012. We believe our reputation has grown through our efforts in always striving to meet the customers needs with the most valued asset of our business, being our customers. Whilst not wishing to sound complacent a recent review identified that 98% of our you have returned for additional/ongoing training, which suggests we are meeting your needs, but we acknowledge there is always room for further improvement. Because we have such a positive relationship with many friendships being formed the annual letter has over the years been an excellent way of communicating our latest news. Despite the early poor weather in 2011 we saw a constant flow of new riders seeking advanced training. This theme continued throughout the year with December being one of our busiest months. Many of our customers went on to take an advanced riding qualification and without exception all achieved credible grades. In addition to delivering this training we are still assisting in delivering training for Bike Safe in Essex and the local ROADA club Rospa. Additionally, I have also continued to work for Rospa as their advanced motorcycle examiner in Essex. We are also now working together with Essex County Council and Local Colleges in providing training specifically aimed at impacting on casualty reduction. As in previous years we have been visible at large motorcycling events with stands at the Cannon BMW, Bike Safe Launch, The Harwich Air Ambulance Charity Run and Fords at Dunton and Dagenham. Our relationship 'Bike Team' Insurance, Ongar 'Triumph' Motorcycles and Cannon BMW goes from strength to strength with all three actively promoting our services. Looking forward to 2012 there is a continuing theme of further strengthening these important links. The most exciting news being that Cannon BMW will be our official sponsor and to promote this and the launch of their new models we will be attending an event at Cannon BMW Braintree on Saturday 4th February, so if you can make it, it would be great to say hello. Further details can be found at www.cannon-bmw.co.uk.Previously around this time of the year we have provided a loyalty discounted training offer and the following is our current incentive for only existing customers. Book a training session in February or March and we will reduce the cost by 20 percent. In the event of inclement weather we will as always rearrange another mutually agreed date. Following a number of requests we are now offering a days training for Diploma holders. This will be bespoke courses addressing both riding and instructional skills. Should you require further information please contact us. Regardless of whether we see you or not over the next 12 months ride safely, enjoy your biking and as always feel free to contact us regarding any questions you may have. From all of us at Total advanced Training many thanks for your continuing support and we wish you all the very best for 2012.

Why do I need advanced training?

Mick Jones | 06.12.2010 | 16:19:42

More than happy to discuss the advantages, but you might think we are a little bias, so why not first read what our customers had to say by going to our updated testimonial page. We have also had our training tested by Bike Magazine (Aug 2008) with nothing but praise. In fact, in 5 years of trading we have never received any negative feedback.
